Hanoi Old Quarter - A new world of happiness and fun for your own discovery. Around the old town, our skilled guide will help you all, understand & taste our traditional cuisine.
Normally, our guide will take you around the Old quarter with 6 places (from 1 to 5 stops: for eating, the final for traditional beverage), the number of food and drink from 6-8 dishes and drink. Some of the list below, guide can choose for you, depending on the season, guests number or our adjustment, for examples: Phở bò (Rice noodles with beef), phở gà (rice noodles with chicken), Bún chả (grilled pork with rice noodle, herbs salad..); bún riêu cua bò (rice noodles with crab meat, beef, fried tofu..), bánh cuốn nóng (hot steamed rice pancakes rolled with pork/chicken), bánh gối (mushroom pillow cake), mì trộn (mixed vermicelli), bánh mì pa tê (Hanoi pate bread), bánh mì trứng (Hanoi bread with fried egg), nem cuốn (spring roll), nộm hoa chuối (Banana flower salad), bánh xèo (Fried pancake), cafe trứng (Egg coffee), Chè (sweet soup), And one or more cup of bia hơi (Hanoi beer) or trà đá (iced tea) is the way tourist should not be missed out when exploring Hanoi, etc.
